    I started at Impact Fitness in late Aug. of 2018; after seeing a video clip on Facebook. I've always been a person who enjoyed a physical challenge, and I haveworked to keep myself in shape even without ever stepping into a gym of any form. Either working out at home, doing yoga, riding my bike or just walking and hiking. What was your first workout?
