    I started in August 2018. What was your first workout?
    It involved a little bit of everything... Bench Press, Goblet Squats, Pushups... What is your favourite movement/lift?
    I'd have to say Lat Pulldowns, Bench Press, and Barbell Squats. Least favourite movement/lift?
    So far definitely Box step ups and split squats. Strength or Conditioning?
    Strength. What is your favourite cheat food?
    Either Pizza or Spinach dip. Hobbies outside the gym?
    Anything outdoor related- I love Skiing, Kayaking, Hiking, ....

    What was your first workout? My first workout wasembarrassing- I couldn't even do a proper Squat.
    What is your favourite movement/lift? Myfavourite movement is apush-up. Even though I can't do many, I feel strong when I do them properly.
    Least favourite movement or lift? Turkish getups. Terrible idea and whoever came up with it should be punished.
    Strength or Conditioning? I love them both, but conditioning has a slight edge.
    What is ourfavourite cheat food? Peanut butter....with a side of chocolate.
    If you were an animal, what would you be? I'm going to choose Lioness to match my Zodiac sign. ....
