    It was a conditioning class with high knees, KB swings, rowing and I believe frog burpee things. What is your favourite movement/lift?
    Deadlifts- I was really bad at them when I first started so seeing such big improvements over the last 5 months has been a good feeling. Least favourite movement/lift?

    I started about 3 years ago. What was your first workout?
    I don’t remember. But I know it included burpees…couldn’t stand them, but now I don’t mind them at all. ? What is you’re favourite movement/lift?

    This past weekend some of our members participated in The Pink O Course, an EXTREME obstacle course workout designed by U.S. Marine Drill Instructor Sgt. Tony A. During the course of a few weeks we were able to fundraise for Rethink Breast Cancer ! All the funds raised have enabled Rethink to respond to the unique needs of young women going through break cancer though pioneering education, research and support programs.
