    What was your first workout? I can't remember, but I know it was conditioning.
    What's yourfavourite movement/lift? RDL's
    Least favourite movement? Squats, it kills my knees
    Strength or conditioning? I enjoy both!
    If you were an animal, what would you be? A Unicorn.
    Chocolate or Vanilla? Chocolate.
    What is yourfavourite cheat food? I LOVE Ice cream!
    Hobbies outside the gym? I'm an avid movie goer, I enjoy baking and pretty much any type of crafts. I also spend my time being the best auntie ever!

    Join us in congratulating our APRIL Athlete of the Month... RICO FALA When did you start here? May 3rd, 2017.
    What was your first workout? Strength workout- bench press, RDLs. It was fun I signed up right away. The next day was conditioning- I almost died.
    What is yourfavourite movement/lift? Deadlift.
    Leastfavourite movement/lift? Lunges.
    Strength or Conditioning? Conditioning.
    What is yourfavourite cheat food? Cheddar and Caramel mix popcorn-the BIG BAG from Costco.
    Hobbies outside the gym? Walking my dog Coco and fishing with my wife
    . Occupation? Aircraft Maintenance Manager.
    Future goals? 5 pull-ups on my Birthday. I will be turning fifty this ....

    I can’t remember the exact workout (I’ve blocked it out of my mind forever). I just remember thinking I never want to feel like this again. What is your favourite movement/lift?
