    What was your first workout? I forget all the movements, but it involved pull-ups, and I was impressed and intimidated to see so many people in the gym killing them.
    What is yourfavourite movement/lift? Running is a movement, right? Overhead Press is myfavourite lift.
    Leastfavourite movement/lift? Burpees-surprise,surprise.
    Strength or Conditioning? Conditioning, but I have grown to enjoy strength more and more, which has helped me reach new fitness milestones.

    I don't remember the details; it was strength training- Learned to master a squat and a barbell. Strength or Conditioning?
    Strength, but I do like the 10/12 minute conditioning. What is your favourite cheat food?
    Really good chocolate. Hobbies outside the gym?
    Running, Gardening & Camping. What is your favourite movement/lift?
